Job summary

Uline seeks a UX Researcher to uncover customer insights and shape digital experiences across our eCommerce platforms and internal tools. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate research into actionable improvements that meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of UX research experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to influence product decisions at a leading North American packaging and shipping materials company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX design, research, psychology or related field.
• 2+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Strong analytical, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user research strategies for customer-facing eCommerce and internal apps.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to uncover user needs and opportunities.
• Create test plans, deliverables and presentations to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with UX Designers and stakeholders to turn research into actionable solutions.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user research strategies across Uline's customer-facing eCommerce channels and internal applications.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including market and competitive analysis, to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Create test plans, deliverables and presentations to communicate insights and guide business decisions.
• Partner with UX Designers, business teams and stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions based on research.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in User Experience (UX) Design / Research , Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Anthropology or related field.
• 2+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Excellent analytical, time management and communication skills.
