Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a UX Researcher to join one of our federal programs. You will conduct user research, usability studies, and stakeholder interviews, translating insights into actionable product decisions.

You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams across commercial and government projects to make experiences intuitive and accessible. You will plan and execute research activities, synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, and deliver clear, compelling presentations to

Qualifications

BS/MS in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
2+ years of professional UX research experience.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
Experience with diverse UX research tools, remote testing tools, and online collaboration tools.
Experience planning and executing end-to-end qualitative and quantitative user research.

Responsibilities

Partner with design, engineering, product teams, clients, and stakeholders to define problems and drive user-centered product decisions.
Support deep strategic thinking grounded in client and user discovery and research.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams through iterative product discovery, design, and delivery cycles.
Create research plans, personas, journey maps, and artifacts communicating user needs.
