Cadmus seeks a UX Researcher to join one of our federal programs. You will conduct research, usability studies, and synthesize insights to help cross-functional teams build intuitive, accessible products across federal and commercial projects.

You’ll deliver presentations, plan research activities, and connect user needs to product strategy, ensuring outcomes improve user experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Anthropology, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional UX research experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience with diverse UX research tools and remote testing.

Responsabilités

• Partner with design, engineers, product teams, clients, and stakeholders to define problems and drive user-centered product decisions.
• Support deep strategic thinking grounded in client and user discovery and research.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
• Thrive with an agile process and collaborate with cross-functional teams during discovery and delivery cycles.
• Create clear research plans, personas, journey maps, and artifacts communicating user needs.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users.
• Apply research insights to inform product strategy and prioritize opportunities.
• Document research and testing notes, photos, audio, video, and reports.
