Responsibilities

• Daily utilization monitoring of authorized service hours across branches and follow-up on underutilized hours, open shifts, missed visits, and scheduling discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Client Coordinators, Schedulers, Branch Managers, and Operations teams to resolve utilization concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Review schedules for caregiver assignments, service dates, times, and durations; compare against client authorizations and approved service plans.
• Identify discrepancies that could cause under- or over-utilization or service gaps and communicate corrections for timely action.
• Maintain utilization tracking and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on authorized vs delivered vs missed hours.
• Monitor compliance with authorization limits and escalate potential issues to leadership for review.
• Track and address service gaps, missed visits, cancellations, and open shifts to ensure continuity of client services.
• Coordinate with Wellness & Satisfaction teams when utilization issues affect client experience; escalate as needed.
• Follow established utilization procedures, provide feedback for process improvements, and participate in related training.
