Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate updates to all parties.
• Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacations and holidays.
• Document caregiver skills and attributes to ensure strong client matching.
• Assist with caregiver training and onboarding processes.
• Build rapport with clients and caregivers to support retention.
• Handle caregiver and client inquiries by phone and in writing; cover shifts when needed.
• Conduct quality assessments at client sites and via phone.
• Serve as a key contact and ambassador for SYNERGY HomeCare.
