This is a full-time, on-site position with periodic on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience in home care.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with scheduling software and reporting.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support Client Coordinators.
• Manage daily workflow and performance of the Client Coordination team.
• Oversee client scheduling and ensure hours are utilized by insurers.
• Coordinate with case managers on care plan adherence and service quality.
• Act as on-call coordinator every two months.
