Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, staffing, or related healthcare environment is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain client and caregiver schedules to ensure coverage based on care needs.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, qualifications, experience, location, and case needs.
• Communicate with clients, caregivers, families, and care team about schedules, changes, and service needs.
• Respond to call-outs, schedule changes, and staffing needs to maintain continuity of care.
• Monitor daily schedules and identify potential coverage issues or conflicts.
• Follow up with caregivers regarding assignments, availability, and attendance.
• Maintain accurate scheduling information in the scheduling system.
• Document schedule changes, client requests, and communications promptly.
• Coordinate new cases and staffing assignments with clear communication to parties involved.
• Work with clinical and administrative teams to support delivery of home care services.
• Provide professional, compassionate, and responsive service to clients and families.
