Job summary

Klickitat-PUD is seeking a Technology Integration Manager to coordinate the effective use, implementation, and integration of technology across operations and business functions. The role serves as a liaison between operational departments, IT, vendors, and consultants to identify technology needs, improve workflows, and support successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in utilities with project management and technology implementation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technology projects across departments.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, consultants, and technical personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between operational departments, Information Technology, vendors, and consultants to identify technology needs and coordinate solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage cross-departmental technology projects, including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and process changes.
• Evaluate business processes and workflows to improve efficiency, integration, automation, and data quality.
• Gather and document requirements and translate them into functional system requirements with users and IT.
• Coordinate evaluation, selection, testing, implementation, and ongoing improvement of systems supporting multiple functions.
