Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to standardize technology across our expanding network of locations. You will lead post-acquisition IT integration and oversee the core systems essential to daily operations, driving consistency, security, and reliability while partnering with leadership and location teams.

The role requires strong project management, experience with multi-location operations, and familiarity with PSA Jobs and Encircle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of IT, business systems, or technology operations experience.
Experience managing SaaS platforms, technology vendors, and contracts.
Experience with multi-location or acquisition-driven businesses preferred.
Experience with PSA Jobs, Encircle, restoration, construction, or field services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead technology transitions for newly acquired locations and build a consistent IT environment across the company (M&A Technology Integration).
Consolidate internet, VoIP, and cellular contracts to reduce costs and simplify vendors (Telecom Consolidation).
Own PSA Jobs and Encircle configurations, workflows, integrations, and vendor management (Business Systems).
Manage user access, software licensing, devices, vendors, and day-to-day technology needs (IT Operations).
Build repeatable IT standards and processes to ease future acquisitions (Scalability).
Potentially oversee asset tagging and tracking in partnership with Fleet (Asset Tracking).
