Job summary

MCPC is seeking a Technology Integration Center Supervisor to lead overall IT configuration support for staff, subcontractors, and contractors in a fast-paced environment. You will direct work orders, monitor performance, and drive improvements to service workflows while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to governance.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong collaboration with project managers, and accountability for resource development, training, and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of service and incident management, testing and quality procedures.
• Expert level knowledge of internal MCPC systems.
• Experience with knowledge management tools and process documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with staff and customers.
• Proven track record in IT Operations best practices.
• Highly organized with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MCPC Configuration staff responsible for order management, device provisioning and configuration, repair services and quality assurance testing.
• Ensure adherence to technical and process documentation and maintain it.
• Assist onboarding of new customers with project proof of concept and device image management.
• Facilitate workflow to meet defined Service Level Agreements.
• Identify and implement new processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Use MCPC systems to support opportunities, manage workflow and track issues.
