Job summary

Black & Veatch's Infrastructure Advisory seeks a Manager – Infrastructure Technology Systems to help utility clients plan, modernize, and implement business and technology solutions that improve operational performance and enable digital transformation.

You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and project teams to deliver consulting services across asset lifecycle, enterprise systems, operational technologies, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.
• Experience leading workstreams or major project deliverables.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Familiarity with utility industry domains and digital platforms.
• Exposure to system implementations such as ADMS, DERMS, CIS, EAM, or similar digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of consulting workstreams related to utility technology modernization and business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct assessments of business processes, organizational capabilities, technology platforms, and operational practices.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes, operating models, and functional requirements.
• Develop solution recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and business cases.
• Support utility system implementation programs, including business requirements definition, design reviews, testing support, and deployment planning.
• Analyze project, operational, and business data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement recommendations.
• Develop executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and client deliverables.
