The ideal candidate balances strong leadership skills with deep technical knowledge, acting as a collaborative bridge between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders. You should be a hands-on leader who thrives in an Agile environment and is always open to learning new ideas.

Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor an engineering team to successfully navigate and deliver new software integration projects.
• Technical Communication: Translate complex technical solutions into clear, understandable concepts for non-technical partners.
• Hands-on Support: Act as a “hands-on” leader who is willing to dive into the technical details alongside the team when needed.
• Process Oversight: Ensure smooth execution across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Candidates should have 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally 10+ years, with a strong technical background and management experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Background: Proven knowledge of coding, web architecture, C#, and Python.
• Project Management: Practical experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a strong, collaborative team-player mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Industry experience within the utility sector.
• Prior hands-on history or familiarity with OneTrust.
