Job summary

You will balance software deployment governance, data integrations (GIS/SCADA), and pro services delivery, ensuring margin protection, revenue capture, and on-time project execution across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a hybrid mix of standard SaaS product implementations and custom digital services.
• Coordinate software deployments across CS staff per schedules.
• Manage custom technical services and roadmaps.
• Forecasting and re-budgeting on monthly cycle in EcoSys.
• Cash-flow, invoicing, and contract boundary enforcement.
• Lead data integration pipelines with GIS/SCADA.
• Translate client needs into actionable tasks for teams.
