Job summary

Klickitat PUD is seeking a Facilities Manager to plan, coordinate, perform, and oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and related infrastructure. The role includes supervising facilities staff and coordinating contractors, vendors, and services to ensure safe, secure, and well-maintained facilities supporting operations.

The position involves budgeting, contract administration, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, building maintenance, construction, property management, public works, or a closely related field.
• Supervisory or lead experience appropriate to the responsibilities of the position.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office for facility, work-order, purchasing, asset-management, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, perform, and oversee maintenance, repair, operation, and improvement of buildings, facilities, grounds, parking areas, and related infrastructure.
• Supervise facilities personnel and coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Plan and manage construction, remodeling, renovation, and improvement projects with scopes of work, scheduling, and quality review.
