Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–8 years of experience managing technology resources with direct accountability for work and development.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or implementing commercial off-the-shelf enterprise applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server environments including AD, IIS, SQL Server, and patching.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to eight systems engineers and analysts, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and bench-building to support business needs.
• Oversee the portfolio of COTS applications, ensuring availability, upgrades, licensing, and lifecycle planning.
• Deliver application implementations and enhancements from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
