Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience; 3+ years in solutions for broad technology systems preferred.
• Experience engaging with external customers in a consulting capacity.
• Experience deploying/integrating/adopting OT/IT platforms for utility clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Lead client-focused strategies and action plans to drive consulting services and sales.
• Build and maintain relationships to develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to develop strategic sales plans for services.
• Lead full sales process and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Position service offerings with tailored collateral and RFIs/RFPs.
