The role emphasizes communicating capabilities, building client relationships across organizations, and leading teams through complex technology integrations while collaborating with sales and marketing to grow the business footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience; 3+ years in solutions for broad technology systems preferred.
• Experience engaging with external customers in a consulting capacity.
• Experience deploying/integrating/adopting operational technology platforms for utilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop client-focused strategies and action plans for consulting services that drive sales.
• Lead relationships with clients to understand needs, manage expectations and facilitate communication.
• Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic sales plans and grow accounts.
• Position service offerings, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and maintain sales funnel data.
• Mentor staff, provide guidance, and share expertise across teams.
