Job summary

1898 & Co., a part of Burns & McDonnell, seeks a Digital Consulting Client Engagement Manager to collaborate with electric utility clients, translate business challenges into technology solutions, and drive outcomes that improve efficiency. You will lead client relationships, shape proposals, and guide teams toward a desired future state.

You will build relationships across client organizations, work with sales and marketing, and oversee complex technology system integrations while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/MIS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience; 3+ years in solution identification/implementation for broad technology systems.
• Experience with external customers in a consulting capacity.
• Experience deploying/integrating/ adopting OT/IT platforms for utility clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Lead client-focused strategies and action plans that drive sales and growth.
• Collaborate with partners to develop strategic sales plans for new and existing services.
• Position offerings, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and maintain sales funnel data.
