Job summary

ServiceLink, a mortgage services company, is seeking a detail-oriented Utility Technician to handle utility-related tasks and coordinate with vendors, clients, and third parties. Responsibilities include researching property condition and inspection reports to confirm utility status, reviewing client business rules, responding to emails, and managing calls to utility companies for transfers or activations.

You will also set up recurring bill pay, manage deposits, and follow up on open utility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and office/computer experience required.
• Strong PC and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills preferred; mortgage servicing knowledge is a plus.
