512Financial is seeking a Utility Services Coordinator in Dallas, TX to own the utility process from onboarding new accounts to resident and vendor coordination. You’ll be the go-to problem solver, keeping the utilities database accurate and ensuring smooth daily operations.

In this role you’ll manage utility billing, stay compliant with state and local rules, and collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of general office experience; property management or HOA experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Self-starter energy and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the point person for utilities from onboarding, updates, and troubleshooting.
