Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth with electric utility clients across the US. The role leads business development, client engagement, and strategic marketing for key utility accounts, while building high-value relationships and coordinating with technical teams to deliver high-quality projects.

The candidate will drive growth with EPC and consulting projects, travel as needed, and contribute to the profit of the Industrial division within the CDM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency contingent on duties.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major utility clients in the U.S.
• Developing and maintaining high-value relationships with utility clients.
• Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists.
• Collaborating with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implementing short- and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
