Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth across electric utilities in the United States. You will lead new opportunities, win projects, and expand key client accounts while working with a dynamic Industrial team.

You will identify and pursue EPC, consulting, engineering, and design-build opportunities, building strong client relationships and delivering high-value projects for electric utilities including T&D, substations, and generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as duties require.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major utility clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with utility clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborate with CDM Smith's technology group to utilize leading-edge tools for project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term growth strategies to contribute to CDM Smith's profitability.
