SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an EPC Project Manager to oversee utility-scale solar projects nationwide. The role requires hands-on leadership, planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management, with extensive field responsibilities and travel.

The position is on-site at a jobsite in Newbern, AL, with travel expected. You will mentor teams, ensure contract compliance, and drive project success through effective communication with Owners and Subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Field construction management experience (5-8 years, including supervisory skills).
• Strong computer skills with MS Office suite, as well as other industry-standard tools, such as Bluebeam Revu.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute and lead self-performed work with large labor crews; manage sequencing and budgeting.
• Develop safety plans and implement safety procedures.
• Oversee project billings and cash flow; manage receivables.
• Present and negotiate change orders with owners; manage subcontract and material purchases.
• Set up job procedures to ensure timely buyout, approvals and delivery.
• Maintain project schedule and cost forecasting; report to management.
