Job summary

The EPC Project Manager will oversee all aspects of utility-scale solar projects from planning through execution, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years field construction management experience, including supervisory skills.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee significant scopes of self-performed work with large labor crews.
• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures with the site team.
• Oversee project billings and cash flow optimization; manage change orders with owners.
• Negotiate subcontract and material purchases; ensure timely buyout and delivery.
• Maintain project schedule and timely, accurate reporting on cost forecasting and EAC.
• Mentor and supervise project team; ensure compliance with contract terms and company policy.
• Coordinate with owner, architect and subcontractors to maintain strong partnerships.
