R-2 Contractors, Inc. seeks a Utility-Scale Concrete Division Manager to lead and grow the Concrete Division across the United States.

As an executive leader, you will oversee all structural concrete operations—from flatwork and pedestals to reinforcement and placement—driving safety, quality, and project execution while developing future leaders and strong customer relationships. The role requires about 25% travel monthly to project sites nationwide and a track record of building

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of structural concrete construction experience.
• Proven experience leading multiple crews, Superintendents, and large-scale structural concrete operations.
• Strong knowledge of flatwork, foundations, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing, curing, and quality control.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating concrete production, batch scheduling, pump operations, and logistics.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing operational budgets and project performance.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for all utility-scale concrete operations across multiple projects.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Superintendents, Foremen, and field leaders.
• Lead all aspects of structural concrete construction, including flatwork, foundations, reinforcement, placement sequencing, finishing, curing, and quality control.
• Coordinate reinforcing steel installation, formwork, embedded items, anchor bolt assemblies, concrete production, pump operations, batch scheduling, placement sequencing, finishing, and curing activities.
• Ensure foundations meet quality, dimensional, elevation, and schedule requirements.
