Job summary

R-2 Contractors is seeking an accomplished Utility-Scale Concrete Division Manager to lead our Concrete Division and drive growth across the United States. This executive role oversees flatwork, foundations, reinforcement, placement, curing, and quality control, building a high-performing team of superintendents and field leaders to deliver safe, productive projects.

Location options include Gilbert, AZ or Prineville, OR with about 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of structural concrete construction experience.
• Experience leading multiple crews and large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of flatwork, foundations, equipment install.
• Travel willingness and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all utility-scale concrete operations across multiple projects.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Superintendents, Foremen, and field leaders.
• Lead all aspects of structural concrete construction, including placement, curing, and quality control.
• Coordinate reinforcement, formwork, concrete production, and pump operations.
• Ensure foundations meet quality, dimensional, elevation, and schedule requirements.
• Partner with project managers and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
