Job summary

R-2 Contractors, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Utility-Scale Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on nationwide projects in the United States. The role requires planning, coordinating crews, equipment, and materials while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The position emphasizes developing foremen and future superintendents, maintaining thorough documentation, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of structural concrete construction experience.
• Experience leading as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of flatwork, foundations, reinforcement, and concrete placement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for utility-scale structural concrete foundation construction projects.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and production schedules.
• Supervise Foremen and crews to ensure safe and productive execution.
• Oversee concrete placement, finishing, curing, and quality control.
• Read project drawings and coordinates with project managers and customers.
