Zusammenfassung

R-2 Contractors, Inc. is seeking an executive-level Utility-Scale Concrete Division Manager to lead and grow our Concrete Division across the United States.

This role oversees all aspects of structural concrete operations, including flatwork, footings, pedestals, foundations, reinforcement, and quality control, while building leaders and customer relationships. Location options include Gilbert, AZ or Prineville, OR with ~25% travel to project sites nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of structural concrete construction experience including utility-scale power, renewable energy, industrial, or large infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading multiple crews, superintendents, and large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of flatwork, footings, pedestals, foundations, reinforcement, embedding items, concrete placement, finishing, curing, and quality control.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating concrete production, batching, pump operations, sequencing, and logistics.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing operational budgets and performance.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required to support projects, customers, and operations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for all utility-scale concrete operations across multiple projects.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field leaders.
• Lead all aspects of structural concrete construction and quality control.
• Coordinate concrete production, batching, placement sequencing, and logistics.
• Ensure foundations meet quality, dimensional, elevation, and schedule requirements.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for project execution.
• Partner with Project Managers and executive leadership for successful delivery.
• Drive consistency through planning, communication, and accountability.
• Develop future leaders through coaching and performance management.
• Build strong relationships with customers, GC, subcontractors, and suppliers.
