R-2 Contractors is seeking an experienced Utility-Scale Concrete Foreman to lead field crews across the United States. You will plan daily concrete operations, coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors, and ensure execution of projects on schedule with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires extensive travel to active project sites nationwide, reading and interpreting drawings, and mentoring crew members to build future leaders within the team.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of utility-scale or heavy civil concrete construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concrete Foreman leading field crews.
• Strong knowledge of flatwork, foundations, reinforcing steel, formwork, and curing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily concrete construction activities for foundation projects.
• Plan daily work assignments and coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Read project drawings and specifications and interpret layout information.
• Coordinate reinforcing steel installation, formwork, anchors, and concrete placement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specs; monitor production and progress.
• Train and develop crew members; complete daily reports and documentation.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement; uphold R-2 Core Values.
