R-2 Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Utility-Scale Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale foundations across the United States.

You will plan, coordinate, and oversee all concrete activities while driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires 10+ years in structural concrete and 5+ years in a supervisory capacity, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in structural concrete construction on utility-scale projects.
• 5+ years leading concrete construction as a Superintendent.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work extended hours as project schedules require.

Aufgaben

• Lead all field operations for utility-scale structural concrete foundation construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and production schedules.
• Supervise Foremen, craft personnel, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safe and productive execution.
• Oversee reinforcing steel installation, formwork, anchor bolts, embedded items, concrete placement, finishing, curing, and quality control.
• Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, customers, inspectors, survey crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and batch plants.
• Monitor production, budgets, schedules, and overall project performance.
• Develop Foremen and future Superintendents through coaching and accountability.
