R-2 Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Utility-Scale Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations for foundation construction on utility-scale power, renewable energy, transmission, and substation projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural concrete construction experience on large projects.
• Experience leading concrete foundations for utility-scale or heavy civil works.
• Strong leadership, safety, and field-coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for utility-scale structural concrete projects.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and production schedules.
• Supervise Foremen and field crews to ensure safety and productivity.
• Oversee reinforcement, formwork, anchors, placement, finishing, curing, and QC.
• Interpret drawings and coordinate with project managers and customers.
• Maintain project documentation and daily reports.
