R-2 Contractors, Inc. in Gilbert, AZ seeks a strategic Utility-Scale Concrete Division Manager to lead and grow our division across the United States.

You will oversee all aspects of structural concrete operations, mentor field leadership, and drive safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. You will build high-performing teams, partner with project managers and executives, and champion continuous improvement and excellent customer relationships while upholding R-2 Core Values.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of structural concrete construction experience.
• Proven experience leading multiple crews and large-scale structural concrete operations.
• Strong knowledge of flatwork, footings, pedestals, foundations, reinforcement, and concrete placement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for all utility-scale concrete operations across multiple projects.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Superintendents, Foremen, and field leaders.
• Lead all aspects of structural concrete construction, including placement, finishing, curing, and quality control.
• Coordinate reinforcing steel installation, formwork, embedded items, and concrete logistics.
• Ensure foundations meet quality, dimensional, elevation, and schedule requirements.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and resources for project execution.
• Partner with Project Managers and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive operational consistency and monitor production, productivity, and safety.
