Job summary

R-2 Contractors is seeking an accomplished Utility-Scale Concrete Division Manager to lead and grow our Concrete Division. This executive role oversees structural concrete operations across the United States, including flatwork, footings, pedestals, foundations, and reinforcement.

The position emphasizes leadership development, customer relationships, and long-term division growth. Location options include Gilbert, AZ or Prineville, OR, with ~25% travel to project sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of structural concrete construction experience, including utility-scale projects.
• Proven experience leading multiple crews and large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction processes and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all utility-scale concrete operations across multiple projects.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and field leaders.
• Oversee all aspects of structural concrete construction, including placement, finishing, and curing.
• Coordinate production, scheduling, and logistics to meet project targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project budgets and schedules.
• Develop future leaders through coaching and mentoring and foster customer relationships.
