Job summary

Conservice seeks a Utility Coordinator on the Peak Team to communicate with utility providers, audit billing data, and resolve account exceptions to keep client portfolios accurate and on budget.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, perform data-driven variance analysis, and manage utility accounts from opening to closing, ensuring timely, error-free transactions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Mathematics, Energy, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years managing operational exceptions, vendor relations, or financial forecasting.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong multitasking abilities and organized workflow management.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Adaptable, quick to learn new company procedures; no prior utility industry required.
• Analytical mindset to review client histories and invoices for discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls and emails with utility vendors to resolve account issues.
• Investigate and resolve billing exceptions and data errors using vendor data.
• Provide variance analysis to support client budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage opening, transitions, and closures of utility accounts for portfolios.
• Solicit and verify missing data from clients and vendors to advance applications.
• Self-manage daily work queue to meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
