Job summary

Conservice in Utah is seeking a Utility Setup Client Coordinator to be the primary link between clients, internal teams, and utility providers for starting and stopping utilities. This role emphasizes proactive problem solving and building strong client relationships in a dynamic environment.

The position is hybrid (office Tue–Thu) with full-time hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MT. Pay starts at $17.35 per hour plus performance-based tier pay, with a focus on clear communication and efficient coordination

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Phone Comfort: Comfortable handling high call volumes (75% phone-based work).
• Problem Solving: Stay composed, focused, and effective during high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to direct client inquiries and correspondence promptly.
• Investigate and resolve utility starting delays, disconnects, and client requests.
• Coordinate communication between clients, internal team members, utility providers, and property residents.
• Place and receive calls with Utility Coordinators to streamline account setup and troubleshooting.
• Document utility disconnects and stopping requests, providing clear, high-level summary reports along with action plan resolutions.
• Adapt to evolving project priorities and additional duties as assigned.
