Job summary

Conservice is seeking a Utility Setup Coordinator to ensure seamless transitions for residential properties. You will liaison with utility providers, coordinate start/stop dates, and verify services are activated for repairs or new tenants.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, tech-savviness, and the ability to manage multiple workflows across databases, with a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule and a pay rate of $15.30 per hour plus performance-based tiers.

Responsibilities

• Drive Utility Activations: manage requests end-to-end to schedule start/stop dates.
• High-Volume Communication: engage with utility providers to resolve issues.
• Problem Resolution & Payment Management: resolve account issues and manage payments.
• Multi-Tasking Excellence: handle multiple requests across systems.
• Client & Partner Engagement: maintain professional updates with clients and brokers.
• Master Complex Workflows: navigate multiple databases and documents simultaneously.
