Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with utility vendors by phone and email to exp​edite applications and resolve issues.
• Investigate and resolve billing exceptions and data errors, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide analytical support by reviewing usage history and tracking rate changes.
• Assist with client budgeting and variance analysis for forecasting.
• Manage opening, transition, and closure of utility accounts across portfolios.
• Collect and verify documents and data from clients and vendors to advance applications.
