Responsibilities

• Provide information in person or by phone/email to residents, vendors, and internal/external departments; respond to citizen concerns and/or complaints.
• Prepare monthly utility bills, including final bills, past due notices, and shut offs; update accounts and meter readings as needed.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute audit-related and other reports; research discrepancies and compile information for budgets and accounting processes.
• Enter and retrieve data in filing systems, online applications, and databases.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
