Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Territory Manager for Personal and Small Commercial Lines to drive profitable growth across an assigned territory by building and managing relationships with agencies and distribution partners. You will leverage market intelligence, data analytics, and strong consultative selling to grow and retain business while aligning with product and underwriting teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in general business, insurance, sales, marketing, or a related field; a degree is preferred.
• Relevant professional designation such as CPCU or CIC is preferred.
• Typically seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience in insurance sales, underwriting, agency management, or distribution.

Responsabilités

• Understand the strategic and operational goals of the assigned territory and distribution partners; translate those goals into practical growth, profitability, service, and relationship strategies.
• Develop and execute territory and partner business plans with measurable objectives and checkpoints.
• Drive profitable new business, retained business, and portfolio growth across the territory.
• Build productive relationships with agencies and distribution partners of varying sizes and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Product, Marketing, Claims, and Operations to improve the partner experience and growth strategies.
