Job summary

Openly in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager to drive agency partnerships and sustainable premium growth across assigned markets. You will champion our onboarding and adoption initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Underwriting, and Product to scale our go-to-market engine.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management or sales, 2+ years in P&C channels, and an active P&C license or the plan to complete licensing within 90 days. Travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• 2+ years of direct experience in P&C carrier or independent agency channels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Agency Growth & Territory Engagement: drive partnerships and boost production.
• Partner Enablement & Practice Development: equip agencies with tools and training.
• Portfolio Retention & Risk Health: monitor performance, renewals, and loss drivers; advocate for the network.
• Data-Driven Territory Operations: analyze data, forecast and share insights with leadership.
