GEICO is hiring a Territory Sales Manager for Utah and Nevada. You will grow agency relationships by recruiting new appointments, training agents, and driving performance across UT/NV with approximately 40% travel.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or 3 years of insurance sales experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Residence near Salt Lake City, UT or Las Vegas, NV is preferred.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Prospects, interviews, and approves new appointments to expand GEICO’s agency distribution.
• Consults agents in person, virtually, phone, and email to build relationships and deliver trainings.
• Translates national initiatives into local goals and holds agents accountable for execution.
• Monitors agent performance and counsels with leadership support, including disciplinary actions.
• Delivers communications and assists agencies in developing local marketing plans to meet growth goals.
• Uses data analysis to prepare pre-call strategies focusing on the best opportunities within the area.
• Acts as subject matter expert on GEICO products and tools and researches competitors.
