Job summary

Motorola Solutions, including its Silvus Technologies subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer for US Marines. You’ll bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps needs, support field trials, and coordinate with engineering and business development to tailor solutions for expeditionary environments.

Travel up to 50% is required, with 100% remote work possible depending on location. A SECRET clearance is required or obtainable within 15 months of hire, in a role focused on defense technology

Qualifications

Bachelor-level in a C5ISR field with 2–5 years in systems engineering or defence tech.
Experience with SDRs and IP-based routing.
Ability to obtain Government SECRET clearance within 15 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Bridge technical radio frequency capabilities with Marine Corps customer requirements.
Support field tests, trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
Collaborate with Engineering and BD to ensure technically sound solution architectures.
