Job summary

Astranis is seeking a National Security Capacity Sales Manager to shape and win U.S. government space opportunities. You will engage with government program managers, senior decision makers, and industry partners to align Astranis capabilities with intelligence and special operations needs.

The role requires 8+ years in related fields, BS/BA in engineering, and willingness to travel up to 40%. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and legal teams and manage proposals to expand USG

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in engineering or hard science is required.
• Experience in field operations, engineering, program management, or USG sales/business development is preferred.
• Working knowledge of USG intelligence and special operations communities is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support building relationships with Intelligence and Special Operations customers and USG sales teams.
• Develop materials for customer interactions including talking papers and briefings.
• Lead or support proposal activities (capture manager, proposal manager, volume lead).
• Prepare proposals and assist broader team in proposal efforts.
• Identify key USG decision-makers and track programs, budgets, and requirements.
