Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is recruiting an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager to lead and optimize the dealership's used car sales operations. You will recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing sales team, supervise staff performance, and focus on customer and owner satisfaction.

You will forecast unit sales and gross profit while overseeing both new and used vehicle processes. The role emphasizes deal knowledge, strategic leadership, and day‑to‑day operations with growth opportunities and long‑term job

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles.
• Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees.
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction.
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit.
