Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance sales team through accountability and management principles
• Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations
