Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead and develop high-performance sales teams at our dealership partners across the country. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching staff, and maintaining customer satisfaction within a network of partner operations.

You will recruit, train, and manage sales consultants, oversee vehicle operations, and ensure profitable forecasting while sustaining long-term dealer relationships.
