Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager to lead the local dealership's used car sales team. The role focuses on building a high‑performing group, delivering strong customer experiences, and driving profitability.

You will supervise training, manage performance, and oversee both new and used vehicle operations, with emphasis on forecasting, CSI, and long‑term growth for the store.
