Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager to lead a dealership's used car sales efforts, driving performance and profitability.

You will recruit and mentor a sales team, oversee daily operations, and ensure high CSI and customer satisfaction while managing forecasts and profit targets. Based at a dealership location in Michigan, this role emphasizes hands-on leadership, meticulous process management, and strong communication with staff and customers to shift deals from numbers
