Job summary

3M seeks a USAC Demand Lead to drive demand review processes and end-to-end Integrated Business Planning for Maplewood, MN. The role collaborates with commercial, marketing and supply teams to align forecasts with capabilities and strategic objectives.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering. On-site role with up to 20% travel and potential relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Ten (10) years of combined experience in Marketing/Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance and/or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PSD USAC Demand Review Process.
• Oversee end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process, maintaining ASP parameters and assumptions file.
• Manage Review Cadence and Support Business Plan Alignment: Coordinate monthly Demand Review meetings with product family level insights.
• Drive Resolution Actions: analyze discrepancies between projections and actuals and improve forecast accuracy.
• Plan for Large Tenders and Projects: align demand forecasts with operational capabilities and use Salesforce Opportunity Reporting.
• Facilitate Decision-Making: lead cross-functional teams to resolve production constraints and support business objectives.
