Aston Carter is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst in Sacramento, CA for a Contract to Hire role. You will develop and maintain weekly operational forecasts down to Item/Location using the IBP Demand Module, balancing product availability with market dynamics.

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on annual and lifecycle forecasts, and work with supply planning to assess capacity and ensure timely product availability. The position is fully onsite in Sacramento with a pay range of $45-55 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains weekly operational forecast down to Item/Location using the IBP Demand Module.
• Collaborates with Marketing and Sales on Annual (AOP), LE 1 and LE 2 forecasts.
• Develops processes to leverage demand planning software (IBP) and recommends enhancements.
• Partners with supply planning to understand supply chain implications of forecast changes and ensure timely product availability.
